Jennifer LopezBeing a world-famous actress can be dangerous. And during a recent scene on her hit show “The Ghost Whisperer,” Jennifer Love Hewitt sustained an injury to her ankle.

Reportedly, the “I Know What You Did Last Summer” actress will be out of action for 10 days due to her sprained ankle. But she’s a good sport about it all.

When asked how exactly she hurt herself, Jen told press, “I was chasing after a ghost and the ghost won.” And it looks like she’s taking advantage of her time on the injured list to spend more time with family.

Hewitt was spotted, cast-and-all, along with her younger cousin stopping by her mom’s house yesterday to pick up a plate of homemade food. She smiled for the cameras and looked cute in her springy-looking purple dress.

The Latino star - who recently gave birth to twins Max and Emme, her first children with husband Marc Anthony - enjoyed the connection she felt with her children while they were inside her.

She said: “I miss feeling them inside me. It’s funny, when their little umbilical cords fell off I cried. That was the last attachment we had where it was just us.”

 

Jennifer, 38, also insists she has never experienced love like the love she feels for her son and daughter.

She added in a magazine interview: “It’s not until you experience it yourself that you can put it into your own words. Your heart is connected to them. It feels like there’s a string from my chest to theirs.”

Earlier this week, Jennifer vowed to ease up on her work commitments because motherhood is the biggest priority in her life now.

She said: “I’ve been very career-orientated my whole life, but all of a sudden it’s been like, whoosh! I want to do everything for them.”

According to sources on the scene, Lopez was having a girly day with her mother (not pictured), who followed her out shortly afterwards.

Meanwhile, the Latino singer has revealed that she’s in no hurry to lose her baby weight after recently giving birth to twins Max and Emme on February 22.

She told OK! magazine: “I gained a good amount of weight, which I was focused on because twins can sometimes have a low birth weight. I gained 45-50lbs, a lot for my frame, but for twins it’s right on.”

She added: “It’s amazing how your stomach goes goes boop and it’s this jiggly mass. I even play with my little leftover belly.”

Jennifer Lopez Jennifer Lopez was decorating her babies’ nursery just two hours before she gave birth.

The Latino star - who had twins Max and Emme by Caesarean section last month - wouldn’t rush off when she went into labour because she wanted everything to be perfect.

Jennifer’s husband Marc Anthony said: “An hour before we go to the hospital, she’s decorating the bedroom downstairs, making sure the carpet is in, rearranging the furniture. I said, ‘Honey, you’re going to give birth in two hours.’ And she’s like, ‘Yeah, yeah, yeah, but that chair in the corner?’ I said, ‘Baby, we have to go.’ “

Jennifer accepts she is a perfectionist and wants her children to be proud of their mother.

She explained: “That’s my way. I want my babies to be proud of me. Maybe I’ll do a triathlon next.”

Jennifer, 38, has now vowed to ease up on her work commitments because motherhood is the biggest priority in her life now.
